Started at 6.0 mph. Kept that pace for one mile, than worked my way up to 6.5 mph until I reached the 2 mile mark. I quickly reduced the speed to 5.0 mph and stayed there for another 1/4 mile. I struggled early on... not sure if I can stay the whole two miles, but by the first mile I kept I could increase my pace. However towards the end I did end up struggling and I slowed the pace down considerably after 2 miles.
I really wanted to run a full 5K but was too drained. I guess I was going too fast.
