Did my 6.2... finally. Very slow, but it can be done.
Change in season is upon us and my allergies are in full bloom. Looks like indoor jogging for the foreseeable future.
Originally, this started out as a workout blog, but I abandoned that idea since I found charting my exercise data a lot easier (currently working on onlining this). This blog will focus on my quest to work up to a half marathon! I am not about speed, at my age I am more focused on the cardio benefits... so that means longer cardio sessions as opposed to fast short runs.
