Treadmill miles. After a few weeks of being a sloth, I made it to the gym. Actually, I was nudged back in when a friend called and gave me a gentle 'push' out the door. Sometimes that's all it takes to get started again.
Originally, this started out as a workout blog, but I abandoned that idea since I found charting my exercise data a lot easier (currently working on onlining this). This blog will focus on my quest to work up to a half marathon! I am not about speed, at my age I am more focused on the cardio benefits... so that means longer cardio sessions as opposed to fast short runs.
