Treadmill miles. OK run. I am still weighing in at 180lbs, but I was not out of breath or sweating excessively. Could have ran more but the gym was closing.
Originally, this started out as a workout blog, but I abandoned that idea since I found charting my exercise data a lot easier (currently working on onlining this). This blog will focus on my quest to work up to a half marathon! I am not about speed, at my age I am more focused on the cardio benefits... so that means longer cardio sessions as opposed to fast short runs.
