Treadmill miles. Run was good up until the last 4 minutes, my left shin started acting up. I weighed in at 179lbs.
Originally, this started out as a workout blog, but I abandoned that idea since I found charting my exercise data a lot easier (currently working on onlining this). This blog will focus on my quest to work up to a half marathon! I am not about speed, at my age I am more focused on the cardio benefits... so that means longer cardio sessions as opposed to fast short runs.
