16.05 minutes

I wanted to run twenty minutes at 6.5 but couldn't. I ran 5 minutes at 6.5, 5 minutes at 6.6, dropped down to 6.0 for a minute and slowly worked my way back up to 6.6 miles.

I stopped at 1.70 miles because I was tired... damn.

Normally, I do not lift and do cardio on the same day, but I missed the gym Saturday and so I wanted to make up for this somehow. So in addition to the 16:05 minute cardio sessions, I also focused on my legs.
