note, couldn't do the fourth lap. Treadmill miles. Felt out of shape and winded (could it be all the burgers I've been eating? Or all the walking I did yesterday?)
Originally, this started out as a workout blog, but I abandoned that idea since I found charting my exercise data a lot easier (currently working on onlining this). This blog will focus on my quest to work up to a half marathon! I am not about speed, at my age I am more focused on the cardio benefits... so that means longer cardio sessions as opposed to fast short runs.
