treadmill miles. Wow... that's close to a twelve minute mile. Slow. I did stop for a good 4-5 minutes to chat with a fellow gym-rat who approached me while I was jogging... the price you pay for using an end treadmill.

My shins were starting to hurt going into the third mile, so it the chat-break was a welcome relief.
