Prince Charles/Mules/Davenport loop

The Toms River loop... a short 1x around just before dinner. It was a good run... I actually felt like I could run another loop but of course, grilled meats await, so be'H.
Originally, this started out as a workout blog, but I abandoned that idea since I found charting my exercise data a lot easier (currently working on onlining this). This blog will focus on my quest to work up to a half marathon! I am not about speed, at my age I am more focused on the cardio benefits... so that means longer cardio sessions as opposed to fast short runs.
