Memorial Day I jogged around the main loop of Bayonne Park 3 times. I think the main loop is 1.3 miles... I ran the course in 45 minutes. Very out of shape. The entire northbound section of the course has no protection from the sun. It is also subject to strong winds coming up from the Newark Bay. Yesterday's run proved no exception.
