Pretty slow run. treadmill (too hot outside). Shins hurt a bit mid-way, but did not last long.

As for getting bored in these long sessions? I haven't encountered that yet... I have my tunes to keep me company... then there is always the gym activity to keep me distracted.

Good run... I kept a steady incline up until mile 4.0 where upon I leveled out. At around 50 minutes, I picked up the pace from 5mph to 6mph in 1/10 increments every minute.

This time I wore a tank top... much better than wearing a heavy sweat-filled t-shirt.

Jogged nice a slow again. My t-shirt was soaking wet. Not sweaty-wet... more like 'just out of the washer wet'. But the jog was good. Legs feel fine and breathing good.

I guess I need to slow down my pace considerably in order to up my distance.

pretty good... steady clip of 12/mph with continuous incline of 0.5% to 3.0%. Purposely jogged slow for distance.

Hey everybody, sorry for not posting for a month. I have been giving this blog some serious thought and I have concluded the following...

It sucks.

I am working on revamping my workout journal. I am thinking just uploading Excel html for now until I come up with something better.
