Treadmill miles. I weighed in at 181 lbs. Its been over a week since I went running... and I definitely felt it. I kept my pace 5.5 and 6.5... but had to bring my speed down to 5.0 mph after reaching 5km mark to rest up.
Originally, this started out as a workout blog, but I abandoned that idea since I found charting my exercise data a lot easier (currently working on onlining this). This blog will focus on my quest to work up to a half marathon! I am not about speed, at my age I am more focused on the cardio benefits... so that means longer cardio sessions as opposed to fast short runs.
