Treadmill miles. I weighed in at 181 lbs. Its been over a week since I went running... and I definitely felt it. I kept my pace 5.5 and 6.5... but had to bring my speed down to 5.0 mph after reaching 5km mark to rest up.

Good run. I did 5k in under 30 minutes (can't remember the exact time). Started at 6.0 miles and increased speed by 0.5 miles every five minute for twenty minutes. Then I stayed within 6.0 and 6.6 miles until the last last, where I ran at 7.0 mph.

BTW, I weighed in at 176 lbs. wow!

Treadmill miles. I weighed in at 181lbs... what happened!! O yeah, chinese take-out last night, McD's this morning, chinese take-out leftovers for lunch... beh! Left shin started acting up during the last mile, and I was slightly out of breath during the entire second half of the run. I sweated heavy too.

I wanted to run twenty minutes at 6.5 but couldn't. I ran 5 minutes at 6.5, 5 minutes at 6.6, dropped down to 6.0 for a minute and slowly worked my way back up to 6.6 miles.

I stopped at 1.70 miles because I was tired... damn.

Normally, I do not lift and do cardio on the same day, but I missed the gym Saturday and so I wanted to make up for this somehow. So in addition to the 16:05 minute cardio sessions, I also focused on my legs.

treadmill... odd that I averaged over a 10 minute mile as I started at 6mph and worked up to 6.5 mph.

Used a different treadmill though, so maybe the calibration was off... beh.
