Treadmill miles. Ok run. My gym purchased new treadmills and this was my inaugural run. The treadmills are comfortable; the tread feels tight as they moved along the rollers, and the floor gave a little as each foot pressed down. Unfortunately, I was bummed out to discover they limit run-time to only 60 minutes. The old treadmills imposed no time constraints; you could essentially run until the engine blew out hahaaa. That's not the truth, the gym has a '30-minute' policy which is never enforced during the hours I hit the gym.

This weekend I will buy new shoes as my trainer informed me that my shoes are better suited for trails... and also he informed me that my feet are very flat, so I would need super arch support to prevent each foot from 'rolling-in'.

Loop around parent's house in Toms River. I believe running outdoors is soo much more difficult than running on a treadmill. This little course has no shade, but no hills either. Should have been pretty comfortable but I struggled through it.

Treadmill miles. Well, I was sick for about a week. Still feeling pretty horrible but I saw my doctor today and he gave me a clean bill of health! So, against my better judgement I went running. And it was a good run too... I wasn't tight anywhere, my breathing was good...

o yeah, my doc weighed me... 172lbs! whoa! As long as I don't start looking paper thin I'll be OK -- better start hitting the weights heavy.
