treadmill miles. Ok run, I wanted to run further but was tiring out by the last half mile.
Originally, this started out as a workout blog, but I abandoned that idea since I found charting my exercise data a lot easier (currently working on onlining this). This blog will focus on my quest to work up to a half marathon! I am not about speed, at my age I am more focused on the cardio benefits... so that means longer cardio sessions as opposed to fast short runs.

Met Steve Vaught... a.k.a. the Fat Man Walking yesterday evening. After a stressful commute from Totowa, NJ to my old stomping grounds of Ft. Lee, NJ I caught up with the Fat Man Walking as he stood by the entrance to the George Washington Bridge. A bunch of reporters and spectators were among hand.
